How to take part in a webinar

All admitted students are sent a link to the Zoom meeting, the link is sent to the email you used in your application. You can either click the link, which will give you immediate access to the meeting or download the Zoom-app at zoom.us/download. We recommend the app as it is free, works better and contains more functions.

For more instructions on how to use Zoom please see here. It is important that you check your computer settings and compatibility well in advance before the webinar, so you don’t miss the session because of technical problems. Take also a look at different functions, e.g. changing views for a more comfortable experience.

Practical matters during the webinar

Register/log in (click the link to the webinar) well on time and if needed do a last minute sound check. Please also turn off your camera, since the presentation is recorded.

The usual length of a webinar is about 60-90 minutes and is divided into two parts:

• Presentation
• Questions and answers

During the presentation, questions may arise, we ask you therefore to write your question(s) in the chat – questions will be answered after the presentation
