M.Sc. (Tech.) Mouad Hachhach will publicly defend his doctoral thesis in Process and Energy Technology (Industrial Chemistry and Reaction Engineering) with a thesis entitled Development of new technologies for valorization of forest resources – from molecules to plant.

Docent Matti Reinikainen, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, will serve as opponent and Professor Tapio Salmi, Åbo Akademi University, as custos.
