The Institute for Human Rights publishes books and research reports and maintains databases on human rights literature and case-law.
Databases
Dombase is a database containing English summaries of Finnish case-law pertaining to human rights.
Findoc is a reference database of literature on human rights. Most of the books and periodicals referred to in the database are available in the section for public international law and human rights in the ASA library at Vänrikinkatu 3 A (ground floor).

The Institute for Human Rights also contributes to databases maintained by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA):
- Anti-Muslin hatred database (information on hate crime, hate speech and discrimination against Muslims)
- Case-law database (including national case law with direct references to the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights)
- Criminal detention database (detention conditions in EU Member States)
