    The project analyzes how a smart city heats and cools buildings and infrastructures located in its territory. More precisely, the research aims to investigate the potentials of heat pump technology in providing environment friendly source of energy to heat and cool buildings and infrastructures of a city. Empirical data come from Finland, Sweden and the Netherlands.
