Newly admitted bachelor students and exchange students usually get their keys from their tutors during the orientation week. If you did not get your keys that way, order it from the facilities management. You find the instructions on the intranet (use your ÅAU user account to log in).

You cannot change your name or Finnish ID code in the study register on your own, you need to be in contact with the Student Service Desk. In order for your name or Finnish ID code to be updated, you need offical documention of the change. This documentation can be certificates from the DVV (The Digital and Population Data Services Agency) or a photo identification.

Certificates from the study register (student certificate, transcript of records) are subject to a fee if you are not registered as attending or absent. For help with certificates, contact the student office or the study counsellors at your faculty.
You can download a transcript of records directly from the study planning system peppi. Study certificates and offical copies of your transcript of records can be requested from the student service desk via phone, email or in person in Gripen.
