CAUTION: The Heat Plate of the press gets very hot during use.


Heat Guide

Find the right press temperature and time for your material.

Standard material
Cotton and Smart Iron-On (Heat-Transfer Vinyl)
Temperature: 315 °F / 155 °C
Time: 30 s

  1. Select press – Cricut EasyPress 2/3
  2. Select Heat-Transfer Material (usually Smart Iron-On)
  3. Select Base Material.
  4. Press Apply for temperature and time settings. You will also find instructions for prep, application and care on the same page.

Use the Heat Press

For best results

  • Always press on a sturdy, stable foundation
  • Avoid pressing on heat-sensitive surfaces
  • Avoid seams, buttons, zippers & bumps
  1. Before you begin, check
    1. what temperature you should use and
    2. for how long you need to press, for the the specific material your are using.
  2. Press Power Button (1) to turn on/heat-up.
  3. To set temperature, press Temperature Button (2), use +/- (6) to adjust. (Hold down Temperature button 3 seconds to change between Fahrenheit and Celsius.)
  4. To set time, press Time Button (4), use +/- (6) to adjust.
  5. Wait to let the Press reach the right temperature.
  6. Put the Press on your material and
  7. Start countdown by pressing Go Button (7). When you hear a beep signal, time is up.
  8. Place the Press back on the Safety Base.
  9. Press Power Button (1) to turn off.

The Press will Auto-off after 13 minutes of inactivity.
